Once you've selected your package and design, you will be asked to put down a $200 deposit, at the store, towards your site. After the purchase you will receive an email containing instructions and a link to our secure web form whcih will allow you to fill out information for your site. This simple form will provide our designers the details to create your site. 


FILL OUT THE FORM WITH CONTENT AND PICTURES

Using our web form to complete your content is fast and easyThe web form you fill out with contain specific instructions for each section to insure that you provide the appropriate information for every section of your new website. The form consists of text fields to enter your text content and upload fields to send us pictures you would like to use on your website.

Every site we build includes the option to use stock photography. Next to each picture upload field is an option to simply describe the stock image you would like to use in place of custom photography.

Once all of your text and pictures have been entered into the form, click the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom and our design team will go to work almost immediately to develop a completely customized website to fit your needs.

 

RELAX

Sit back and relax while we build your new websiteDuring the development process, our design team will call you directly if we have any questions about your site. You can expect your completed site to be ready for approval within 5 business days. When it is ready for approval, we will email you a link, to a hidden location on the web, so that only you can view the new site.

Take some time to review the site’s content and design elements. If you have any changes at any time (during or after the development process) you can submit them via our ‘CHANGES FORM’ on this website. You can expect pre-approval changes to be made within 1 business day.

Once you approve of the site, just reply to our email and let the design team know that the site is ready for posting. Once approved for posting, your site will be live on the web almost immediately, and your credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance (including the first 12 month's hosting fees).
 

MAKING CHANGES & UPDATES

Once your site has been approved and posted, you are still allowed to make an unlimited number of changes to your website at any time. You can expect post-approval changes to be made in 1-2 business days. To request changes, just fill out the ‘CHANGES FORM’ on this website. Our design team will contact you with a time quote ASAP. Post-approval changes are made on an hourly basis at $40/hour. We can accomplish most changes in 1-2 hours. We ALWAYS stick to the quote our design team provides you before the changes are made.
